Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Toon on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Very satisfied with the appearance and manoeuvrability of the app. Just set the temperatures and minor adjustments for the season and do not have to look at the thermostat again.

Missing obvious essential features like viewing thermostat activity graph. Poor UI/UX with buggy behaviour like toggles toggling back by themselves after you switch them

My most used function, seeing my energy usage throughout the day, and over the weeks, fails most of the time. Only an empty graph is shown, without any message or feedback. Switching between gas/electricity or changing the unit (month/week/day/hour) doesn't have any effect. I update the app regularly, but this happens since I used the app. That was on one of my previous phones. Fortunately the temperature program and settings do work.

The app used to work just fine, but since about a month or two it mostly doesn't load at all. I've already reinstalled twice, but the app simply doesn't load about 80% of the time. If it does load I have to press to change the temperature 3 times before it actually responds and changes the temperature. Worthless app, please fix it. It used to work fine!!

Completely fed up with Toon support. I had the toon unit and App installed everything went well. Start this year I had to buy a new phone and simcard. I had to install Toon on my new phone. My log in details work perfectly when I log into my eneco account on Web browser but when I log into my account to connect toon app it says the account details are in correct which is not the case. Countless hours on CALL with support and NO working toon app 8 months now and paying. Please remove it!!.
