This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Q- See eView on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Always something wrong NOW IT WONT LET ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD. ... BIG SECURITY PROBLEM ... Don't waist your money or time I have been using this for a year now and 80 percent of the time it WILL NOT WORK!!! I HAVE HAD MY HOUSE ROBBED AND THANKS TO THIS QSEE THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT!!! SO QSEE EITHER GET IT RIGHT OR QUIT SELLING YOUR STUFF. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR STUFF AND THANKS TO YOU I LOST MY HOME.

Camera's were working just fine til a couple days ago and now my phone app says the camera's are offline but the green light is steady on the back of camera's. Tech support says my camera's are outdated now and have to buy new ones, GRRRR!!! They won't be this brand!!! :(

Camera works but can't watch replays. I either get the endless circle of doom or it goes back to the wrong day, ie, somebody parked halfway in my mother's handicap spot the other day and when i went to see who it was there was a different car there.

I keep getting Network not available when trying to view from outside the home and when I am connected to another wifi. It's useless if I cannot see from outside my house.

3/2016 The app went offline for a few weeks, and the app is the only way to view video from the camera. Hope no one needed to in that time. Now they released a new app that charges for "premium" services such as playback and motion capture. They force you to use the app for the camera and charge you to do so....... 12/2017 the servers are off and there is no way to view your video, despite it being saved on a SD card that you had to purchase for the camera to work. No program will open the files (real player, vlc player, media player etc). Fair warning, stay away from this company.

Brought 3 of these cameras only to be told now, they no longer work, qsee should be put out of business, tech support advised me to just buy some other qsee updated cameras, mine were only 3 years old
