The app has many bigs. They send an email saying time is almost up so to tap extend in the app. There was no extend button and I couldn't repurchase parking because it was already parked. I had to delete my vehicle and add it again in order to repurchase parking. so much for $5 max per day. Nice to be able to get more parking remotely, but would be nice if the way they told you to do it was actually possible.

It's buggy. I can no longer park because the gps finder is not finding my usual garage so I can't pay to park. I have a few payment methods attached to my account but it doesn't matter which one is selected. The app only uses the first payment method so I have to delete the other methods i cant use. Over all, really shoddy development.

Horrible app. is not user friendly does not send out updates rhat your parking has expired and got a citation bc of the app. embarrassing that my city uses this app. try updating the app once in a while and simplify it. i cant believe i have an app on my phone with a 2 star rating. what about Samsung pay, apple, google anyone but quick pay.

app is no longer working. kept giving me an error saying that i was already parked (for three days) reinstalled the app but it will no longer let me register a car. problem is happening for multiple people in my office who use this to park in the garage across the street from us.

Total garbage as I cannot add a payment option or update existing payment method. Errors on CVV mismatch (even though it matches) and missing first name (even though there is no field for that). Guess I'm getting a ticket....

Super disappointed in this app, and their service. App couldn't find parking structure, couldn't create a new acct. Text svc did not respond, phone service was recorded msg that hung up on you.
