The latest update of Dec 17 reduces the file size of the Snap and Sign feature when converting the camera image to a PDF. The result is blurry images on the receivers side. There is nothing you can do about this in settings. The result is trying to send it over and over again, then finding a fax machine. Prior to this, it was a very stable and helpful application for secure, HIPAA compliant movement of documents.

Since last updates documents do not scan correctly, will not store or send. On my android, no issue with my Apple.

Constant disconnects, missing messages, delayed notifications, desync
between desktop and mobile clients. Android client is super slow and laggy,
iPhone version constantly logs you out. Support shifts blame to everything
except their shoddy app. Each update makes it worse. App constantly nags
for various reasons, it's unreal how clunky this app is for 2018.

The app works slow I cost me have to keep manually logging in to this app and sometimes I get blocked out, It keeps forgetting my password and prevents me from doing my job

Do to the fact it won't let me create a new account and I haven't gotten an email back from tech support this app sucks at the moment. If ever get help I'll let you know.
