This app was fantastic until about 2 weeks ago when it stopped updating the bus arrival times. Now it just says "Experiencing problem loading bus times. Please try again." and clicking refresh does nothing. Not very helpful for planning when you rely on transit and don't want to wait at a stop for 40 minutes in the cold when the buses run late.

Routes are out of date. Times won't load. Overly confusing to use. Save the next bus website as an icon on your home screen for better results.

This app is great for what is available! Use it everyday. Recently the bus stop times have not been loading. Hopefully they fix this bug soon.

Up until 2 months ago, the app was working just fine, but now it won't load the times and it's hard to figure out now that's it not working properly.
