The app 'top bar' are not working as intended(anything there isn't clickable, or even works), its the bar that consist change account button, search bar, fav button, message button, and menu drawer. Since the first install its feature are only to become a visual features (yes, message notification is there, but what are the point if notification window aren't accessible by the top side button). Using latest system and android version on Poco X3 NFC. Please consider fix these ASAP.

After the new update my data is became slower for some reason. Before the new update it used to be fast, i already reload my balance into Rp 125,150 and i buy something that cost Rp 79,000 and i have only Rp 27,922 supposed to be i only have Rp 46,150 left. The new update just suck my balance fast for some reason. Please fix this problem if you fix this i will give this app 5 stars, but if you don't i will say goodbye to Indosat.

The signal is on and off for the last 2 months. I bought the 50 GB package and guess what? None of it was usable. I need to refresh connection every single minute to make my phone works. I was supposed to complain via Twitter DM but then I found hundreds of the same complaints left unresponded. So bye Indosat!

1. Too many pop up notifications which 50% stuck in dashboard, 2. some weird notification which saying "paket hampir habis" or "pulsa tidak cukup perpanjang" even when you have 100k pulsa for renewing 25k package, which lead to loss of rollover i have collected over months 3. Transaction in app is not recorded in app. 4. Review on pop up stuck on 4 stars, even if you change it 5. Too many packages, lack of descriptions (e.g which rollover? Or replace the current?) 6. Bad UI UX for point no 4.

There's always problem if i want to purchase data, the payment method doesn't appear 🙄 it took a whole day, not only me, but my friend too.. and transaction history isn't useful cs it always blank page.

Can't open the apps, and I have tried several times. Closing then reopening, reboot the phone, even clear the apps cache & data. All doesn't work. The login stuck after phone number verification. After that, the apps keeps loading and loading till no end.
