The app needs a way for the cashier to scan a bar code to pickup the order or to get the reward. Taking a picture of the receipt after the fact sucks. There also needs to be a reason code for not accepting the scanned receipt and not earning the spoon. Should also be a way to scan/picture more then one receipt in a day, to easy to get behind otherwise.

Uploading receipt is a guessing game. The FAQ response does not match what you actually need to do.
