Crappy loyalty scheme and app!!! You have tricked us in to coming for my nameday for a 25% discount and once there for approximately €120 bill you decided that the coupon expired. We have deliberately selected to visit on my nameday (Stephanie, 27/12), since this is why we have been sent the coupon, and because they decided to send the coupon on 24/12 they have informed me it has expired. This is malicious marketing practice and we will be also reporting this to the responsible authorities

UPDATE: Earlier today I was rewarded with a €20 voucher, even got an email for it. Checked for it some time ago and I can't view it in my rewards. What happened? Great idea and seems really handy! It's a new app so any bug present is acceptable... Didn't find any so far :)
