Worst app ever. The food is great but the app is full of bugs and you cannot order in-app. It takes you to buggy awkward website that is not at all accurate to what the location carries. Completely useless, just call and order on the phone. Why would you create such a useless buggy app???

App has been great and I don't mind not being able to order through it. I use it for getting points and redeeming rewards. All of a sudden, several months ago, I could no longer cash in a $5 reward. tried at different locations. says my reward expired. I have $10.00 in reward credit that is trapped in App. Saladworks is nice, tried to fix and gave me $5 for my trouble but still cannot redeem.

Downloaded app and it crashed multiple times in first 2 minutes. It won't open at all so I can't actually comment on the content.

I used to use this app. all the time, but for some reason it won't work with my LG V-20 anymore. The indicator spins around but never times out. Anyway, its a wonderful app. when I used it.

Poor features. Poor functionality. Much better online order apps offered thru other chains. Always have issues with uploading offer codes and rewards and then the store locations just push it off to corporate and you never get any resolution. I will stick to panera if I want to order online or thru an app.

I've been having issues with app and customer service has not been great with getting back to me with a resolution. I want to be able to accumlate my points since I do frequent Saladworks on a regular basis.
