Unable to place order. App recently added an option to enter credit card info to prepay, but when you scan card or manually enter, the app says "payment type not allowes". I then went back and hit the pay at store and got a message of "cash payments not allowed at this location. It appears the new app is just telling us Native doesn't want our business anymore.

I have always loved this place, but not any more. I thought maybe it was the location 🤔 but went to another location. Same poor very poor service!! Food not so good anymore as well, I am so sad that this place has gone down hill. Never many people when I go. Be careful native you may go out of business if you don't try harder and get workers that care about their jobs and their customers!!!!!!

App won't load. I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times and it won't load past the main page

The new update is horrible! There is no "earn points" button to scan the barcode. I am still waiting on information from my help request and I'd better get credit for my purchase as it is now past 24 hrs since my purchase. I am not impressed!

After you enter everything for your order and try to add a cc card to pay, you have no way of paying. You're stuck on the cc screen and can't save or do anything.

The bottom menu of location, order gift cards etc gets stuck on the page and blocks the button to proceed to next steps while ordering. Really aggravating. Please fix ASAP
