I love all the new coupon options lately, but my positivity ends there. The topping options for items are not consistent across the app. Super annoying to navigate. I cannot put in my phone number on the account. It says it's been taken. Same for my husband's #. We have no other Moe's accounts. I use my parent's home phone which means I get no tracking link for delivery orders. They sometimes put a link in the email. But not always. Lastly, you can't use gift cards in the app. This is dumb.

I don't know how the rest of the app works because I only use it for rewards, yet *every* time I try, it tells me there's an error. So this morning I've been back & forth in emails with the company to let them know Thursday while sitting in the restaurant, I could not scan the barcode b/c it kept giving me an error. Today, I open the website & I get the error immed. So I uninstall and reinstall the app, try again to enter the barcode, it's telling May the receipt is too old! (4 days) Grrrrr

As others have mentioned the app produces an error when trying to add a reward. Ordering in store is always fine however,when ordering delivery with the app, if the store cancels the order, youre billed and the charges never get refunded. After the second time ordering delivery and not being refunded and having to dispute the charge with the bank to get the refund,im done. This is too much to go through.

The app does not have the ability to tell when you use a rewards deal or not, which means if you're someone like me who is new to the app but wanted to use a code you received and you went to click on the "redeem in store" option and exit out of said screen, you would have to wait days until they can verify that you never actually used the code. Absolutely ridiculous.

Past couple weeks both the app and the website have been completely unusable. Like other reviews have mentioned, it forces you to put in a free chips and salsa option, but the option is not there to choose so you cant go any further. I tried emailing about this awhile ago but never got a response and it seems nothing has changed. Moe's may be losing out a lot with no mobile or online orders for months....

6/23/22: Works when it works, but recently I can't order anything because it makes me choose a salsa and drink option but it doesn't show any salsa or drink options (even when it doesn't include a drink), so I can't add it to cart and continue. Update 1/30/23: Now the Monday deal doesn't work. Before there was a Monday tab you could order from for the deal, but now you have to add the coupon after ordering from the regular menu, but it doesn't work and always says not valid.
