You really need to fix the "reorder" functionality so that it's easier to make changes to an old order before placing the order. Also, the app restarts or at least deletes an order in progress when switching to split screen mode. This is super frustrating, especially when I'm trying to reorder an previous order with a few changes and I just wanted to make sure I got all the right toppings.

App Doesn't Work!!!! Good heavens it was like trying to pull teeth. Your app sucks!! I just deleted and used DoorDash. Worked like a charm. Even your website sucks!!! 😡

Terrible app design. There were multiple topping options missing (at least for the location I go to) and the "special instructions" only lets you type in about 40 characters. So, not only do you have to remember certain toppings, off the top of your head, but listing them can also prove to be a challenge. One star. You'd have more luck just calling it in.

It will never open on my phone. I have downloaded and un downloaded it many times in hopes it will work. I have also restarted my phone but it never leads enough for me to enter my account information. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Useless.

Easy to use and navigate. I will change to a five-star if you make one update: if you try to select a saved order but one of the ingredients is not available it will not let you use the saved order (with the 86ed ingredient removed). You have to completely re-enter the entire order.

PLS FIX: 1) Saved order Names never save 2) Phone# doesn't go thru with order to store or on confirmation email 3) Notes section has less character spaces than the name field...??? Frustrating to get Rewards from receipt. Error message says "guest too far from MOD Pizza".... I saved my receipts from vacation. would expect any restaurant chain to Encourage you to visit other locations, not penalize customers for it by refusing to recognize rewards, due to distance.
