I can order online which is great.But the experience isn't as as good as it should be. It's a little below average. When you load the Order tab it takes a moment to actually recommend the nearby, recent, or favorite store. Then while the menu has been made much easier to navigate, it feels about average now. However when I'm selecting items in an order and decide to go back, when I swipe to go back on Android, it exits out of the order completely and I have to re-add the 4 things again—not good.

HORRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE! First, it constantly moved me to another store that is NOT nearby (usually in Utah, instead of Idaho). Second, I tried THREE times to do an order and when I left the cart to add another item, the cart emptied out. Third, the rewards implementation is ridiculous! I tried once to apply a reward that I was told to apply(to an empty cart while trying to make the initial order), and I was given a message that there was nothing in the cart -then it deleted my reward!!!

Well this app worked great until very recently, after restoring the app following a factory reset. Now every time the app starts up, I get the message "Device Verification Failed: Your device basic intregity check failed, Signs of system integrity compromise, such as rooting." Then the app just exits as soon as the button is clicked. Yes my phone is rooted, but this is the ONLY app I have which completely refuses to run because of it.

I have lost many points because this app DOES NOT WORK. I have called to resolve the issue several times but the solution has been to add the points manually...I don't have time to call every time I eat there. Please FIX YOUR APP so I can just scan my receipt. Thanks. Love the food....hate the app.

Should be no need to check root status of phone unless making a purchase through the app or the app saves credit card details for an online purchase. Cannot even scan a receipt because of the root status check. Other apps such as Google Pay work, but just cannot save credit card info - which is how it should be.

Just wasted an hour trying to use this app to place an order. Don't use the back button or it will empty your cart. Tried to pay with a gift card and would just get an error when trying to place the order. Never could order food.
