This app has to be one of the worst food apps I've used. If you close to look at a text with an order and come back you have to start over. It doesn't use the location on your phone so if you default to the wrong location and need to change it, you have to start over. The credit card entering is a nightmare. When you finish three it goes to the next and enters the first number in that set twice, the back arrow takes you back two numbers so the cursor is off. It's so painful to use.

If you have a bitter enemy whom you want to torture, have them use this app for a simple order. The app will freeze and they'll have to restart the entire order 3-4 times. Then, it will make sure to change the location back to the wrong one after already changing and favoriting the correct one. But don't worry, changing the location at the end of the order means they get to start all over again! Typing a credit card number into a field where the cursor constantly jumps randomly is extra fun!

The peak of poor user interface is this app when trying to enter your credit card information. After 4 digits it skips the cursor back into the middle of the last four. The first digit of the next four gets entered twice and when you hit backspace it puts the cursor before one of them. It's a mess. There are other user ability flaws but this one is the worst by far.

The app itself is fine, but when ordering it fails to validate my Discover credit card every single time. I'm absolutely positive I've entered my card details correct each time because I can see the charges appear in my Discover app immediately. Not to mention they auto-forward the cursor constantly causing double of the same number in CC#. Fix these and it will be back to 5 stars.

Absolutely infuriating checkout process that constantly makes me choose the correct restaurant location and deletes my entire cart, making me re-enter my order over and over. I don't know why I use it and may just finally quit giving them my business altogether. I use many other restaurant/food apps and have no issues. This one is the biggest pain ever

They won't take my money. I've tried 6 times today to put my CC info in and every time it tells me to check my payment information. What a terrible app. It also double-enters numbers as I put them in 1/2 the time (e.g. 55 when I just wanted 5) AND THEN the backspace erases one of the numbers 3 values behind the end of the f'ing cursor. Soooo infuriating. It's like the world's biggest troll designed this app.
