I was originally not able to get logged on due to my password having an "&" in it. Apparently this is not a problem with with the app but andoid its self. I do wish they would have mentioned that somewhere when you make your password but customer support was able to help me solve the problem in a timely manor. The app works great and gives me a peace of mind.
