App is a pain to get running with your equipment. I ended up leaving mine on all night to see if it would connect. It finally did, have to let it run pass the "app crash" prompt. Once you finally get it linked, the data you will get from it will be useful (for me anyways).

Just reached 30 days of use, like the reviews I read before purchasing it happened......my app wouldn't open. I went to my Android settings for apps and cleared the catch that didn't help went to the play store and uninstalled the app.... reinstalled ....signed in and the app reopened and all the pump info was there. I would rate 5 if they get this fixed. Early April during heavy rain here in Minnesota I was pumping 170 gallons a day... good to know information.

[Edit] Still is not fixed. CANNOT access data via website. Last update; 10/2019, sad! ADVISE not to waste money on this until the app is fixed! You will regret your purchase as I do! The data is useful when you can access it. App crashes at splash screen. Clearing cache & data doesn't help any for me. Will try an uninstall. Can we access our data via the website? This is nothing more than a glorified outlet.

Took me forever to get the app hook up and still not sure if it's working correctly. No real instructions. And it doesn't flow very well. I just got it a couple weeks ago and I think I heard my pump but nothing showing. It it just doesn't respond. I wouldn't recommend it if I had the choice. Don't waste your time or money.

App crashes at splash screen almost every time. Forgot password button won't send an email. Always having to uninstall and reinstall the app is frustrating. Paid thousands of dollars for a system I can't even use and thousands more to renovate my basement. Doesn't seem like they care to work out the bugs and fix the app given the years of extremely poor reviews but they sure as hell will take the time to cash your check. Such a waste!

I'm rating 3 stars because this app worked well for me for about a month. However now the app won't either open, or if opens it crashes repeatedly. I cleared cache first but when that didn't work I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. This app only crashed on my husband's Galaxy Note8 and never worked. Now I'm encountering the same. Reaching out to designers for help.
