The app is unstable, sometimes it works just fine and others when I order a car it take forever to get requested and it takes forever for the driver to come, sometimes it doesn't even call the driver and you are just waiting until you notice that 10 or 15mn has passed already. Worst part is that the car service base never picks up their phone!!!!
