This app is straight garbage. It's overly complicated. You used to be able to fill your rx on the regular pubix app and it was super easy. This whole two different apps thing is really stupid. It also told me that I login was invalid so I tried to make a new account and then tells me I already have an account. I ended having to create a whole new email just to use the stupid thing. Why fix something that isn't broken.

This app is so slow. It takes forever just for it to open then when you click on prescriptions it takes even longer for that to open. Anything you click in, you have to sit there and watch the page try to load for like 45 sec. Takes FOREVER for me to refill all my meds. It's been like this ever since I installed the app years ago

Yep... for such a sophisticated high priced store you would think they would have a great app....but nooooo! Dont recommend! Dear Kaitlynn, look at the rest of the reviews, its not just one thing, its several. You cannot maneuver thru the pharmacy.... plus everything else. I shop walmart, kroger, dollar general, look at their apps, its made for the customer.

Keeps giving my error message. It says it doesn't have my email or mobile number when trying to add myself as patient or to check on a prescription with the prescription number. I've called the 800 number and they have that info. The app is useless as is.

I should have read the reviews. Absolute garbage!!!! Can't even send the verification code to start the app. Nothing works!!! I should have known it would be garbage because it's Publix. Don't waste your time and go switch to Walgreens or CVS.

IF you can get the app open, then you have to try multiple times to get your refill processed. Once that is completed you have to wonder whether or not is actually got processed. Very poor functionality.
