I have been trying to cancel this since after the 7 day dollar trial but the phone number that they gave to do that is for a different company so they keep trying to take money out of my account! That I had to freeze but yet they keep trying.. REALLY!!

I like the app but why does it freeze and restart when I look up a specific person?!? It makes me mad and makes me wanna delete the app. Every other person I look up it works perfect but when I look up my friend and click on his report it restart the app and loads forever.

I searched myself and it's missing alot of convictions and I mean alot ! It's so bad that the first thought I had was this is great I now could possibly pass a background check LMAO.. checked my wife that is now in prison.. she has no record at all so now I'm running reports to figure out who kidnapped my wife it's a big ole mess did this company go out of business 15 years ago or did the CEO get hooked on meth and got stuck doing something else??? Waste of money
