This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyCitroën on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

App is functional and useful for basic functions. Would like to see the eRemote feature expanded to allow more than just heating on or heating off. The English translation is a bit poor, it's like it's been pulled straight from a translate app, phrases like 'sending the order in progress' make sense I know what it means but it's not a good way of phrasing it.

Would rate higher but regularly does not record journeys. Whether this is an issue with my c5 aircross hybrid or the app it's hard to say. Also would be nice to be able to put in electricity and petrol cost and get cost per mile info but until all journeys are captured by the application any figure would be inaccurate.

Hit and miss. When it works it's useful but more often than not it fails to connect. Will record first part of a journey and miss second or third part, or miss first part and record second. This often shows my vehicle parked miles away or still at home. Cannot think this is a phone thing as Google timeline records mapping data whilst this does not. Would be useful to be able to import timeline data to fill in the gaps. The webpage given in response does not exist!

Installed yesterday and it worked. It synced with the car today. Then, all of the sudden, I can't log in into the app anymore. I receive an expired certificate message telling me that for security reasons my account has been disconnected and that I should update my application. I can't update as I'm already on the latest version. I killed it and reopened it. Same result. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same result. Changed password. Same result. I'm locked out of it 😔 Any ideas/help? Thanks

So far so good, seems to be working fine for me and my Grand C4 SpaceTourer. 05/01/21 Update: turns out to be like everyone else's experience, very hit and miss, struggles to connect to record journeys. Oh well, its good when it works just wished it worked for every journey! 17/04/21 Changed to Google phone, seems to link on every single journey now, so may have been phone compatability issue!

After one update I am unable to update the maps of my car. I have downloaded the files and also I got the message from my car. But the application does not give me the option to check for update in order to find the new update. As a result I have the files but not the key. I feel sorry for that move of Citoen. My car is C4 2017

About this app

MyCitroën allows you to connect to your Citroën vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your Citroën driving experience before, during and after each journey.

Before: The location of your parked Citroën vehicle is shown on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.

During: The app tracks the journeys you make and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.

After: Once you’ve parked your Citroën vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the rest of the way to your final destination on foot*^.

The MyCitroën application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.

MyCitroën also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple Citroën vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby Citroën dealerships and easily access their contact details.
- The latest Citroën news and offers relevant to you.

For added convenience, MyCitroën also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with Citroën Assistance, Contact Citroën and dealerships.

All Citroën models are compatible with the MyCitroën application. However, if your vehicle is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.
