I struggled to get past the WiFi screen but eventually managed to get a connection by switching on WiFi+ on my Android phone. Without doing that the app didn't seem to recognise the WiFi connection. So I got it working, however I have to reconnect the WiFi every time I open the app which is not ideal & so that is why I only gave 3 stars. Can't comment yet on the reliability of recording.

Doesn't work! Cannot connect to the camera at all. Update to 3 stars 5/21. Will now connect to camera which is an improvement. Will fully download the video clip then you're not even able to view it, so not ideal if you needed the clip!!

Not reliable. Impossible to keep mobile connected to the dashcam. Dashcam does NOT seem to work very well, often missing days completely. Virtually useless. I have spent nearly 3 years trying to make it work with no success, garage also gave up.

It was great when it worked and it worked straight away the first time when I bought the car. I have now had to restore my phone and now the app won't connect to the camera. I can see the app has been updated as of 06/08/20 but since I got the car in May until now my phone also had system updates, so it seems like it may be that another update is due from Citroen. And I hope quick enough.

I've been trying to get this app working for weeks now with no luck. It rarely ever seems to connect to the camera through the app and even on the odd occasion that it does, it'll disconnect you within 30 seconds. Tried also with my ipad and that's almost as bad but does connect more often than the Android app but again, disconnects you after 30 seconds. You can view videos through the IOS app but if you try downloading them, half way through it'll disconnect you. Finally, got a usb cable and downloaded the videos to my phone. That still disconnected after 30 seconds but I still managed to get them.

Does not get past the "return here" part of the installation on my S10 Since writing this review I obtained a cable that connects my S10 to the micro USB on the side of the camera, now I can access the files immediately and download to my phone. Obviously this does not fix the actual wi fi issue but it does give you a faster connection to your files than you would with the wi fi connection.
