Got a lot of information about the upcoming 2019 Macon International Cherry Blossom Festival. Plenty of time to make plans to attend the more than week long festival events! Don't wait until next year to begin planning.

I missed the open air market because the directions are wrong on all of the locations. If you click the address, maps pull up and put you at a generic spot in front of the Hay House instead of the event location. Occurs on multiple events/locations.

Each March, Macon becomes a pink, cotton-spun paradise as over 300,000 Yoshino cherry trees bloom in all their glory. For 10 days, festival-lovers are treated to one of the most extravagant displays of springtime color in the Nation as they visit the town referred to as the "Cherry Blossom Capital of the World."
