Does anyone working there know how messed up your receipt submission process is? You don't get credit for any of the items listed to be available for credit. It is a waste of time to contact customer support. I have already stopped using Swagbucks for game credit because I have had so many technical issues. Now, the same thing is going on with your codes and receipts!)

Games no longer track and every completed level requires submitting a ticket that may or may not get resolved and credited, and when you do submit a ticket, you get a condescending email about submitting the ticket the "right" way, even when that's exactly how you submitted it. Half the survey completions result in an error screen instead of getting credited for completing the survey. I've been a long-time user of Swagbucks and I'm about to be done, it's gotten so b

The mobile games I download from their sponsors to get all those swagbucks in a certain amount of time has disappeared on me once. It popped back up after I downloaded a different one. Thank goodness I didn't delete the app or I would have lost all my progress. I met all goals set except the last 2. Was working on getting those and was doing excellent. Then wouldn't you know the game is gone again. With 25 days to complete the goal and they removed it again. So now what. It a bummer

NEW USERS: It can be slow going reaching the threshold to cash out, especially when you are going to be cashing out for the first time. I don't remember seeing anywhere when first joining that the minimum to cashout was double on the guest transaction, but it's possible I overlooked it. Otherwise it's an engaging app with varied enough tasks to keep you interested longer than most survey sites and such, so that's 4* in my book.

It doesn't track your progress when playing games which means no reward. When you report the issue they will tell you that you filed the ticket in the wrong area. Its a whole lot of bouncing around and no solution. It kicks you out of surveys you're almost done with which is a complete waste of your time because you get no reward. The reciept feature isn't great either. Not enough stores in my town to properly utulize it. Finding it difficult to find a reason to keep this app.

It's been difficult to get the items they list on the retailers like Walmart. They don't have the same program Ibotta has. It's limited on their list. This is a reason most people have already downloaded Ibotta. I'll keep using it, but it's not my priority because it takes too long to take surveys. And then, you just get 1 SB because you weren't selected for the survey. It's kind of frustrating 😒 Update: They retrict me from submitting my receipts after my 3 star review. I down it to 1 🤷🙃
