I followed all the instructions 5 times, even with a customer service rep on the phone. My thermostat will not connect to my wifi period. My wifi works awesome and my router is top of the line. I went from Honeywell to this. I'm going back with Honeywell. I just hope I can return this piece of garbage.

DON'T BUY PRO1 THERMOSTATS! We have 2 thermostats in our house but the app doesn't work half the time. We had a storm come through and turned off our power and when it came back on our downstairs thermostat on the app would always say it was 71 in the house and it was set to 71 even though the schedule I have for it says differently. I tried to delete the downstairs thermostat from the app and add it back to maybe fix the issue but then I couldn't even get it back on the app.

Absolute junk right now. At first it wasn't horrible, just annoying because I had to push the buttons a few times before they would register. Now, my phone and thermostat are not in sync at all. Completely unreliable.

I never write reviews but I felt I had to say that this app and the thermostat itself almost NEVER connect and usually it takes 5-15 minutes of continual refreshing to get it to magically connect to wifi. JUNK.

Freezes up constantly. Disconnects from wifi. Doesn't stay on selected setting. Co. rep promised to call back but never did.

It's great execpt if your wifi goes out then you have to recconet everthing or delete the program and start over a pain ever time!!!!!!
