50/50 on this app. Firstly I don't receive notifications even though I went into settings and set it to send me them. Secondly, you cannot auto-rotate the screen which is super annoying when checking attendance because messages explaining an absence can't be read fully. Otherwise, the app is useful for finding out who is coming to practice/games and organizes it visually which for me is great! Instant messages would be more useful if I got notifications, but is convenient for making group threads. Also, great for communicating changes to future events such as field changes. Parents complain that to confirm attendance it doesn't require a "first touch" but rather several touches. Hopefully there is an update soon.

Start off by sayingbthe app is perfect for schedules and messaging, that's what I used as games haven't started yet. Support has been outstanding and I've suggested this product to other coaches. This product will get a fifth star once I use the gallery and game scheduling. I've been a user of this app since the beginning of our season which started Sept 2016, 6 mos ago. We are in practice mode and games won't begin until May but the app is perfect for mass team communications quickly with a few clicks and a quick rsvp visual for who's attending practice and small batting breakouts. Will test the game scheduling in may and will test the gallery now and give feedback. What's really important is I did report a few concerns to the product manager and he and his team addressed them right away. That level of support means something to a user and coach. I feel like a true customer.

This app (and on pc) is not user friendly. I tried to test it out and all that worked as the schedule. The text you receive to set up the app is not correct. You must use your email not the user id provided. When I sent a message to the team it was not sent. I am going back to our old app even though they charge us.

The Android version of this app is in need of a major update. While the team calendar works, none of the message features work. I am unable to see anything being shared. Meanwhile, my wife's iPhone version allows her to see the teams' communication using the "Chat/Poll" feature. My email to the developers has gone unanswered after 3 days of waiting for some support. This "first touch" is awful.

The slogan is "Instant Team Communication" but it does nothing close to that because messages cannot be sent or received... the application is completely broken... please fix it.
