App is very glitchy. My rewards points that I earned starting my account aren't being recognized, which is the reason I downloaded the app in the first place. It took several attempts to create new account because of server errors. This just may be a huge waste of time for me. Not impressed.

This app is not connected to their online system, so it's a waste off your time. Online you use your mobile number and this app asks for your email. When using the correct combination, it still does not authenticate correctly (and I know it's not a typo as I'm using a password app). Very disappointed that this has not been resolved yet.

Strangely, the app gives you the total number of points you've ever earned, including points that have already been used towards a reward. I'd rather just know my total number of useful points.

Don't login. Can't create new account. I get the same error every time. App is useless.

Credit Card hacked 4 times! October 2019-January 2020. I narrowed it down to this app and one other vendor. Deleted Primo app and didnt order from there anymore and no more hacks. Primo was aware on Feb 18th and just let us know April 17th? Done!
