If you want to make an appointment, you have to wait up to TWO business days to get a response. The app doesn't give you any notifications that you have a new message in your inbox. Even from within the app you don't have notification that you have a new message. You have to constantly be checking your inbox. Signing in to the app is a major pain in the butt too. You have to scroll half way down their home page just to find the area to logg in. Everything on the site is microscopic. 👎

After 5 different attempts, I couldn't even log in. I got foisted off to a nonfunctional app which makes me concerned whether anyone involved actually cares about healthcare, or just appearing streamlined to anyone who doesn't know better.
