Completed a survey received by email notification, after full completion , i received nothing. No helpline available.

I have already answered a few surveys and I don't get my reward. Sometimes I only get 5 points for trying even though I completed the survey and it was suppose to be more than 200 points. You can't answer the surveys in their app so it redirects you to a page and maybe that's the problem. You are going to to waste your time. Try other apps. I don't even know if it really lets you cash out.

This app is pretty bad. You are lucky to qualify for 1 out of 20 surveys and the most frustrating part is you never know if you will even get points. You can spend 20 minutes doing a survey and it will say its completed but you wont get points. Also they have a way to earn points besides surveys. But don't do that because if you do too many you won't get paid and they report your bitcoin wallet for suspicious behavior.

It doesn't allow me to enter survey and directly displays "Thank you for completing survey. We will inform you about this after review and points will be added into account." But neither of them happened and there is no way to contact customer care for it. Please help for resolving this issue as i like this app and want to use and refer to my friends.

I installed this app thinking it will be like all other survey apps with bad interfaces, but for my surprise, it is user friendly with nice design, i didn't get paid still, that's because i didn't completed the requirement for $5 cash on you need get 5000 qts, on this app i guess that's not a hard task, anyone who wish to get cash there is many ways, they will credit 20qts everyday for logging in. Interface got watch videos, these contains short video ads, while watching you will be credited with 1qt for every ad you watch(not for everytime) , and then there is a cool thing which for every 60 seconds there is a reward option, which you just wanna open that and wait and you will get 2qts for each 60 seconds , then then they will credit 10qts for taking a look at the offers in amazon (not for eveytime when there is offers), then there is surverys, i got 4 surveys, it just only the second day i 'm using this app. And about cashing out, I don't know about that, i got only 500qts with the tasks, so i hope that will work too after completing the goal of 50000qts. Overall this app is better than any other point based cashing out app😊 Be calm that's only the thing you need, i guess. Thanks..

I told before also ... to complete your survey it takes hell of time... and after you complete the survey. There is no way to go back... and when you keep trying to go back the QT also goes out what a rubbish... try do something to change this system.
