App is good. The ability to save and nane workouts would make it great. Instead of having to go back in and change things around. So you can have multiple boxing drills ready to go where the focus is different. Hopefully you're still updating this. Thanks

Rest timer not working properly when phone screen sleeps. While working out
I thought the rest period seemed a little long for the 30 seconds I had set
so I looked at my phone and it was counting down but still had 18 secs to
go even though I had been resting a while. Only does this if the screen
goes off for some reason. Was fine when I watched it count down. Other than
that, which is annoying its a great app

Anything created by precision striking is usually a well thought out and useful. I have been following for a while now, and would never hesitate to recommend to anyone. If you are unsure try the free version first.

Great app along with all the other apps from Jason at precision striking. I haven't been in the ring for years I'm in my fifties - Groan! but have really enjoyed playing around with the combos. I think the intensity and repetition really helps with making bag work productive and is invaluable in making your mind sharp and instinctual, plus gets you thinking about what you have to work on. Wish I had this back in the day.

It's good but needs some more techniques to be complete. For starters, there should be body shots in the list of techniques. For techniques out of the list, maybe we can assign our own techniques to a call-out number. For example, I assign technique a to number 1 and technique b to 2. Then during the workout, it can call out the numbers instead. Way more possibilities this way. Would gladly give 5 stars if this can be implemented.

Wow! This is a very practical and well thought out application. It gives me the flexibility to create a boxing session tailored to what I specifically want to work on when doing shadow boxing, bag work, solo, partner, and group drills. The options are endless. App runs smooth as butter on my OnePlus One phone but the menu system is very very slow to navigate on my Vodafone Smart Ultra 6. Overall, 5 star release JT despite the slow menu system. Please fix.
