I've tried most of the features like doctor appointments, diagnostic tests, Practo plus reimbursement, ordering medicines etc.. Everywhere it's bad experience for me. They reject the reimbursement, without mentioning the reason. I cross verified all documents with practo agent, there is no problem with the submitted documents, there is no reason mentioned. They asked for resubmit reimbursement documents. Then it is repeat.. repeat.. space is limited for review.. so others cannot mention.

Worst experience.The app shows exact location in first page.On proceeding it automatically changes to Thane😂. On check out again shows correct address and takes payment. order status shows completly different address.On chat with support they say my location is not in their scope of delivery and to cancel the order. If not servicable then why are you allowing order checkout and accepting payment?

Everything is good, just 2 things keeps bothering me. 1.) It's difficult to consult with the same doctor after a week ( for e.g. after a one month course, i wanted to connect with the same doctor for further treatment but app is saying doctor isn't online , connect with other doctor). 2.) Sometimes we want to connect with different doctor for maybe any reasons, but app assign you on its own from online doctors. There should be an option to remove the doctors with whom we have already consulted

Pathetic experience with this app, while giving feedback to the doctors. Customer support can't resolve the issues. I didn't submit the rating for my appointment, but it is showing as 1 rating for doctor. I can't delete or edit. Or can't even cancel the appointment. Absolutely pathetic.

Worst app I've ever seen I paid for a appointment just before 15 min of time they cancelled the appointment and didn't refund the money....app showing refund successful but I didn't received the money.....what kind of cheat is this........I think this is the way of earning for them ...they takes money cancels the appointment and keeps the money ............. don't download anyone
