This app is not user friendly at all! The message section has disappeared completely. The check icon on the bottom of the screen bumps you out of the app to a web link so you have to sign back in. It does not save where you were in the list of lab results. Rather it takes you back to the top of the list when you press the back button to view more results - a pain when viewing results far down the list. CNY needs a better app than this!

App crashes and logs me out every time I need to look at the documents my healthcare provider has uploaded, so I have to go to the website instead. Last update by the developer was June 2019 so it seems to be an ongoing issue.

Not user friendly- much easier to use on the computer. Takes forever to load and you can't get to the info you need. Can't access messages- the app needs major improvements.

This app will not allow me to login. It keeps telling me my user name and password is wrong. If I login online I have no issues. This app doesn't work.

It's an ok app. I like that you can see pretty much all of your health care information however it often freezes a lot. I find myself having to exit and log back in frequently.

I love this versus having to sign in through my browser. My ONLY complaint is I do not receive notifications when I have new messages or anything for that matter.
