Update; app not saving videos. Update: so far so good. Live stream is back!!!!! No time for a complete test. Further testing later. Update: app still closes, and now i have no live feed. It only takes a snapshot when i select a camera. It was working fine until the update. Now its slow, and i can not delete videos. Freezes.

This is coming from someone who rarely writes reviews. It's been over a month and I have not been able to view any video history!! No response from Guardzilla after multiple emails. Per their auto response, this is a known issue..it's frustrating how long it is taking to fix!! Cameras also randomly disconnect but it is not related to my internet. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Ok product. Needs improvement. Since last update my new videos do not appear on my phone. No matter how many times i refresh nothing. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and update still nothing. please fix this issue very soon or i will be finding a new security systen.

Stopped recording video. We've had two cameras for a while which have now developed problems. At first there was a delay in the time the camera noticed movement and when the video started. Now we get a message that the was movement and no video at all. Customer support suggested (twice) that I reset the cameras and reinstall the app (android). No success. Guardzilla Support: If video is no longer suppprted unless it is a paid account, please say so. Unfortunately, my cameras are not useful.

to Guardz illa Associates, ,tech whom ever it concerns Im perplexed as to how the time reported from my cam ,became set an hour and a half ahead of the actual time..how do I fix this.? My media filles are now titled without timestamps in its header. I am still having issues with blurred ,and no focus clips of only9 sec .Also a continued , difficulty with connections when away from the house.what can I do t?set to auto alarm, the network connects and still wont connect

bought it today and 2 hours,, still couldn't setup... don't get me wrong, I have a PhD in IT. not user friendly at all.. and today a day later, I have setup the device. the last stage is that I should chat with the team at Guardzilla.... Guess what after chatting to me and asking for UID.... they asked me where I purchased my device... how come Arlo doesn't ask me where I bought their device... . is this legit?
