Colour window not working on S20 FE just says it can't download files and won't scan. 02\04\21 still not working 😔

Installed the app on 4 different devices and none of them worked with the window. One, a Lenovo TB-8540F said device not supported (it would be helpful if a list of supported devices was published somewhere). Two devices (a Nokia TA-1053 and a Lenovo TB-X505F) got partway through the QR calibration before the error downloading files message came up. The last device (a Nokia TA-1234) won't activate the camera unless I put the phone in sleep then wake it up again, but then won't take a calibration picture and move to the next step, and also shows the error downloading files message. All of these installs and attempts were done after responses from PPG Digital to other reviewers with the same issues saying the issues have been resolved.

Bought the card, downloaded the app and opened it, only to be confronted with a blank screen and a "Device not supported" notification (on a Galaxy A50 - hardly an unusual device!). Tried again on a Motorola and got the "Error downloading necessary files" even though the phone had Wi-Fi and mobile data. This is especially frustrating given that I've just bought the card that is now useless to me without the app

This app has a great potential, however I couldn't use it, I am using a galaxy note 20 pro and unfortunately it uses a camera which is not able to focus on close objects so I can not read the QR code behind the color checker card. There should be an option to change camera settings.

I thought I was going to see paint that taubmans makes that comes close to my color. So obvious. Much easier than all the rigmarole that one needs to go through to get a pot made up exactly as scanned. a good feature, but the fact that you don't include a ready made match straight off first suggests to me that you want people to sign in etc.... I'm so sick of apps that want all my info when it's not necessary, sure it can help in some ways, but not having options makes me uninstall fast.

Bought the coloursmith viewer window thing and go to use it to find out my device apparently isn't supported (P30 Pro) You would think there would be an actual list or qr code to check compatibility before purchasing.
