Sony phone, Android 10. The app occasionally connects to the drone, but usually it doesn't. It's incredibly random and no matter what settings I change on the app or WiFi it's still hit and miss, usually miss. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone, started again with the WiFi, but to no avail. The most recent time it connected it showed the view from the camera, but failed to take any photos. Now it won't connect again. There are no help files or instructions. Infuriating!

This app is dangerous to people and aircraft for several reasons and should not have been put into service until it was made to operate reliably. It freezes, connects and un-connects when it feels like it. They don't even update it. That is complicity, so I am filing complaints with the FCC and FHA.

The Potensic drones are very good and capable. App seems to work OK, but there is no documentation or instructions that I can find for this complicated app. A manual or written instructions on programming and operating procedures would be very helpful.

App errors and closes on Android LG G8 phone Update 1: Same on Samsung S4 tablet :( Android 9 issue? Huge disappointment. Returning drone. Update 2: Tried one last time prior to returning. a) inserted memory card class 10 or above b) powered on drone c) connected to drone's wireless network saying Do Not Use Data Network d) turned on remote, holding lock button e) accessed app pressing go button AND IT WORKS!!! upgrading to 3 stars because it works but still one of the least intuitive apps EVER

App works fine for me. What it definitely needs is the ability to pre download a region of the map (currently I load up the spot I want to use before connecting to the drone). There currently isn't any terrain option on the map, which would be very useful when flying beyond visual reference.

Doesn't work on Amazon Kindle 7, 9th generation. Installed Google play store and I get a warning when I push the GO button stating "app is abnormal, going to quit". Quick start button works to show D85 setup. Please update this app to work with more devices! My tablet is 5G capable.
