Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing POScaller on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

POScaller is an application for quick service of telephone orders in the premises. The application recognizes customer numbers stored in the database, so that the person receiving the order does not need, every time, to list the necessary information on pieces of paper and give it to drivers. Everything is printed on the voucher print.

How does it work? It's very simple! When a customer calls to the premises to place an order, a pop-up information about him appears on your tablet, or if this is a new person you can save his data in your own customer database. A waiter, therefore achieves quick information about the customer, as well as the history of his orders and recently purchased items from the menu. The waiter also has the possibility to select an option, whether the order will be: in delivery, as a takeaway or pre-order.

POScaller application only works with POSbistro sales system and is connected to the existing customer database created by the owner of the premises.

Thanks to POScaller app you can:

- speed up the process of taking phone orders,
- avoid errors and mistakes,
- improve communication between the waiter and the driver,
- get accurate reports on the number of orders in the delivery, takeout and pre-order,
- build a database of your clients.
