I had a great experience using this app. The Dr. I spoke with over video chat was very helpful and professional. Had zero issues connecting via Wi-Fi. Start to finish it took less than an hour, probably closer to 1/2 an hour. Like clockwork when spring hits I end up with a Sinus Infection. From here on out I will be using the Lemonaid app rather than my local UrgentCare. A big "THANK YOU!" to the Lemonaid Team and Staff for helping creat a refreshing and affordable alternative.👍👍👍

Skeptical at first but this service delivered! Used for birth control and was able to get a new Rx for the same exact Rx I had that expired without the hassle of seeing a PCP (which i don't have anymore). Be sure to know your blood pressure which you can get at most drug stores or walmart/target. Highly recommend!! Convenient and secure. I could send Rx to my local pharmacy and use my insurance to cover the Rx. Just pay the visit fee!

Your app times out every 3 minutes. LITERALLY. I can't even get through a visit without getting timed out, stating it lost connection when my connection is excellent according to a speed test.

Just a scam. $95 a month weather you speak to them or get sent a prescription or not. You still have to pay $95 for absolutely nothing. I paid for 12 months straight but only got 8 months worth of prescriptions bit whatever, they don't care.

I paid to talk to a doc. Got message after message about signing in to talk to a doc, waited in waiting room the entire day wl no response, called customer service and they said there's no appointments available at all.
