Just purchased the device recently, and I haven't even been able to print one photo because the app keeps crashing. After investing all this money in the device and accessories, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. My phone and the Pop are connected, but then I go to print an image, and it says they are not connected. When I poke around to try and resolve the problem, the app crashes over and over. Plainly, this is embarrassing for Polaroid.

It sucks that I got this with the intention of using it but app keeps crashing and I can't use it. It seems like everyone has the same problem and nothing has been done to fix it. Why sell a product that is not fully functional with the app its intended for.

Well the idea of the product was pretty good , I was pretty happy when I got it , but for the last months I haven't been able to update the firmware in the camera , wich prevents ts me from using it with my phone :/
