Latest update is trash. Noticeably less tips over the last week after they updated. They are never available to answer questions. Now they are scattering the drop times of orders, forcing you to be constantly monitoring your app, both while driving and delivering to customers. It's becoming dangerous, and fails to meet customer needs. Quickly becoming one of the worst apps I use. be sorry all you want. But you still haven't fixed the problem. Drop the orders at one time, not one random.

If you would have asked me 3 months ago, I would have rated this app 5 stars. There were endless orders. I was doing $1000+ a week, for months. It was a consistent, full time gig. Now, all the regular grocery pick ups goto Door Dash exclusively. They don't even get offered to us. The ONLY orders for PPUP now are alcohol.. I'd say an 80% drop in available work. Also, they have increased the # of drivers and reduced the min pay. As of now, it's not a viable or efficient earning opportunity.

New reason to give them one star. Not only is the pay garbage, but they now added extra required steps to a delivery. You now HAVE to call the customer or meet them at their door to verify it's the correct person, even if you verified you're at the right house, and in addition to taking a picture of the package on their porch/doorstep you now need to take a picture of the whole building? You're overcomplicating this. How stupid are you people running this app?

When I started with Point Pickup, I was making a good living, I was able to log-on in morning and pretty much line out my day. That is so far from where it was a month ago. Now that orders don't drop at 6am, you barely get to see them before they're gone. Support is a HORRIBLE JOKE! Response time is so bad. GM orders lie about the miles and tipping isn't available for the customer. I had a 10 drop GM that said it was 10 miles, turned out to be 33.5. Point Pickup sure has failed their DRIVERS.

This is beyond frustrating I have been able to use the app before. Now I can't get past the terms and conditions. I scroll through the message and then I go to the bottom check the box off. The orange bar on the bottom will not light up I cannot accept the terms and conditions. It's frustrating and I have tried countless times I can't even count how many times I tried.

Well, the idea of how this works is great. I like the inconsistent drop times. However, some devices are able to see orders before others and I am 99.9% sure people are using bots to grab orders and they're also using multiple phones/devices in my area. Walmart employees are aware of people cheating, but they are unable to report them. The miles displayed on the app are often incorrect for GM orders.
