Here lately i am having a problem having accurate balance. It never sending msg about deposit now so i never know if i am going to get disconnected or i think i have money on account and i get an email saying i am going to get disconnected. I really have like this service..i have been with this service for a year i am hoping this gets fixed. Now the app keeps shutting down and i try to go online and it tries to load the app. It is making it hard to pay on my acct

Pros: convient, affordable Pros until recently: Could view usage history. I loved that about POGO because it would let me know if I was using to much electricity and I could correct it. Now I can't see it. :( Cons from beginning: Will not take my bank debit card in app. contacted POGO they said call bank. Bank said it should be ok. So there seems to be no fix for that now I have to pay a service fee at ACE to pay with cash.

Please update its not saving my card information an displaying I have a 1 dollar credit when I dont.. customer service is amazing thou..UPDATED NOW IT SAYS MY BANK DECLINED ON THE APP BUT WHEN I GO TO ACTUAL WEBSITE IT GO THROUGH FINE IT ALSO DONT REMEMBER MY CREDIT CARD ON ANY PLATFORM

Company wise, they are great and definitely cheaper than the big name companies. This app is AWFUL. It does not update current balance and is very buggy.
