Useless - search for the changing point by name, can't find it. Search by location, appears I am 2 miles away and nothing happens when I try to select that point. Useless.

App worked brilliant, now every time I try to confirm the charge it says Connection Error. Please check your network connection and try again. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I even used it on an iPhone but I still get the same error.

Had no problems using the charge facility but was issued with a parking ticket at a Tesco location after charging for only 35 minutes despite providing a copy of my charge receipt. It's not worth the hassle so sadly won't be going to this site again. Very disappointing! I used quite a few different charge points but this is now off my list!

Terrible app, always logs you out, slow, missing basic functions Edit: now featuring charging sessions that won't allow you to stop them, forcing you to dig through the website to call service and be put on hold for 10 minutes. Increasingly frustrating system.

Confusing charge confirmation. Parked up, connected, confirmed in the app the charge point which it gives verification of. However in the app it still shows as "confirm charging". Doesn't seem to remember you've just confirmed it.

No guarantee the app or indeed website will actually work. The process is... Find à charge point. Open app. Find the charge point in the app. Find there is no way to tell the app you actually wish to use it. Try the website. It takes you back to the app. Repeat until you get lucky.
