It didn't work it I gave up and just called the prescription refill line number instead it was faster

Has great features built into it and great potential, but when it comes down to actually functioning, this app doesn't always work. For example whenever I use the scanning feature it says my prescription went through but it never goes to the pharmacy. Make app work to improve rating. Medicine is important.
