Crash each time. Cannot even make a reservation.

Update! A customer service supervisor worked with me through a couple of update cycles and screenshots to fix the reservation crash issue. All works as it should now. The UI is easy to navigate and easy to scan reservation upon arrival. Thank you for listening and resonding! The original issue in brackets here: [Continually crashes when you click on a reservation for them to scan upon entry]

Terrible app. Doesn't show future reservations. No sync with what's booked online. Conversely, 1st time I used this app--a year ago-- I could not find my resv after booking thru the app then later looking online. Geez P & F is major in FL and the service is the BEST. That this app sucks so hard is ridiculous and an insult to its awesome employees (who I'll love forever for that cold bottled water in the cupholder when I picked up my car).

app has stopped working. that's what I see 80% of the time. so you try to check out of the lot and cant access the reservation. then you have to fight with the attendant to not get charged again. total swing and a miss, sorry.

This app is in serious need of maintenance! PNF locations are missing (Ontario International Airport (CA) not listed); Cannot make a reservation; Cannot save payment information. The only thing you can do is bring up your membership QR scan, otherwise it's totally useless. Don't waste your time with this app!
