The layout looks good but then when you submit a job it's takes weeks to get it completed. When there is a payment issue they cancel job right away instead of giving a chance to fix the issue. It feels like one person created the app and managing it. Waste of my time!

I love the idea of this app, but the implementation leaves much to be desired. They don't seem to have much pull with their providers. They give you all sorts of options to select a specific day and time of day, but then the providers don't come at those times. I also had a job sit there unclaimed for days after it was supposed to be done and the customer service was no help at all.

Billed without receiving services. Difficult to stop service when changes happen.

Poor management and execution. Tried this app for a second time and was quickly reminded why I uninstalled. Constant job reassignment or cancelation due to "provider issues". They recharge you every time the job is reassigned. They do refund the previous charge, but it takes longer to get it back than it does for the new charge. Mind you there's no notice when they do this, so keep enough money in that account for multiple recharges. Better and cheaper talking to local providers directly.
