ই-ম্যানেজার এর মাধ্যমে খুব সহজেই মেস বা হোস্টেল এ অবস্থানরত সকল ছাত্রছাত্রী তাদের যাবতীয় হিসাব করতে পারবে এবং সম্পূর্ণ মেসকে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করতে পারবে। যে কাজগুল করতে অনেকেই হিমশিম খেয়ে যেত যেমন মিল হিসাব করা, বাজার লিস্ট বানানো, প্রতিদিনের টাকা পয়সার হিসাব ঠিক ঠাক রাখা সকল সদস্যের টাকার পরিমাণ ঠিক ঠাক রেখে বাজার খরচ করা আবার মাস শেষে মিল বন্ধ করা সব কিছু অনেক কষ্টের কাজ। এইসব থেকে মুক্তি দিতে এসেগেছে ই-ম্যানেজার যার মাধ্যমে ডিজিটালি সব কিছুই করা সম্ভব।

√ ম্যানেজার, মেস এবং মেম্বার অ্যাকাউন্ট
√ বাজার করার আগে বাজারের একটি তালিকা করতে পারবেন। বাজার শেষ হলে প্রতিটা বাজারের মূল্যও সেভ করে রাখতে পারবেন।
√ বাজার লিস্ট বানানো এবং মেস মেম্বারদেরকে নিযুক্ত করা।
√ মেম্বাররা অফলাইন বাজার করে তারা যুক্ত করতে পারবে।
√ এক ক্লিকেই মিল বসানো। সবার জন্য এবং গ্লোবাল মিল অপশন বানানো যাবে। কোন কারণে মেস এর বাহিরে থাকলে অটোমেটিক্যালি মিল বসানো যাবে।
√ মেম্বারদের টাকা পয়সায় হিসাব খুব সহজেই রাখা যাবে।
√ গ্লোবাল অপশন থেকে সম্পূর্ণ মেস কে অনেক সহজ এবং সুন্দরভাবে রক্ষনাবেক্ষন করা যাবে।
√ মেস সদস্যরা তাদের অ্যাকাউন্ট এ গিয়ে সবকিছুই অবগত হতে পারবে, কয়টি মিল খেয়েছে, কোন দিন কয়টা করে মিল উঠাইছে, কত টাকা জমা দিতে হবে, কত টাকা জমা আছে সব কিছুই।
