It's great coverage once you get it loaded, but the app is appalling. If it actually loads, I always have to re login. But more often than not I'm presented with a white screen so I have to restart the app again and again and again. Clunky and slow loading - guys please make it more stable. Really ruining watching the tour for me this year even though I know the coverage by GCN is brilliant.

The content is sensational, but it takes quite a while to load. Also, would you mind adding the toggle go change the resolution (144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, etc.), or pre-download options for the films, it costs me more than 2GB of data for just 40 mins of the show when I watch it on the go.

50:50 brilliant content when you get it, works great on the web, no so good on amazon, good on android for the content a but the app drives you up the wall, had to go to you tube for some tdf stages because it keeps saying I'm out of region an hour later it will let you watch it, good for the promo price but full price I will have to switch back to the euro sport app less content but at least I can watch the stages trouble free. The technical support is good but its messing around I Don't want

Great content and presenters. But all packaged in the worst app ever. Really slow and glitchy. Never works the same way twice. Totally unreliable. It takes ages to open or do anything. It's like it has to download a ton of information everytime you go into a section. And this is on a good broadband connection. It hates a cellular network. Def shop around for other options based on the above. Other issue is long highlights are only 25mins. Far too short to get a sense of the race.

Horrible app. I signed up whilst I was in Australia. Now the app will not "recognise" that I am not actually still in that country. I paid the full year membership to save money instead of signing up for ITV. I have tried to figure this out all to no avail. I am not paying around 44£ a month for ITV when I already paid for the full year's coverage whilst in Australia. Was about 45£ or around $90 Australian dollars at the time. Any help would be appreciated.

First things first , the content is fabulous , BUT it's impossible to watch ! The app takes ages to open and when it does it either freezes or it tells you that you need to subscribe when you're already subscribed . Watching online is almost as bad , the documentaries stop in the middle and the live feed crashes every 5 minutes.
