A truly horrible app that is nearly useless. Can't upload anything to the printer (by design) so all this is good for is monitoring a print. But the Webcam stream *never* works and usually just crashes the app. So what exactly is this good for? Printing lame shapes from the poloroid library? What's the point? Why does this app continuously assume I have more than one playsmart printer? Who made this? Why doesn't it work properly?

I think I figured out the problem to login. Initially I couldn't login even though I created an account. Apparently you have to verify the email they sent to your email account. I learned this through the under troubleshooting in the user guide. It's pretty cool to control some of the features via app

App not great. When trying to access model library can't search. Have to scroll down to find random things cause you can't sort either. And it basically do the same thing as the screen on the printer. Nothing extra.

So far so good. For those having login issues, be sure to verify your account with the email they send. I saw the same issue, till I hit the verify link. Other than the camera not loading consistently the app seems fine for checking in on prints.

Everything went fairly smooth but you are required to create an account which was the only hold up. Once that was done everything else went smoothly with the connection and loading a file to the printer.

Fairly negative experience in the app. Can't get video streaming to work, can't upload models to the printer, and it doesn't connect half the time to let you see the temps.
