About this app

BETA version of free dialer-type app. for audio calls, facilitating the use of a smartphone as an extension of Platan PBX server. Thanks to the support of Platan PBX servers and Platan CTI software the mAssistant app displays an original CLIP number of person calling to the system and saves it in the phone’s call log.
Apart of that the mAssistant app. directs - with the user’s consent - the selected outgoing calls made by smartphone via the VoIP or traditional PBX server’s trunk lines (Proxy Calls functionality). It makes it possible for users to present themselves with the direct DDI numbers assigned to them in the PBX server or with the general company’s number.
For the above functions the app requires access to the following call log permission groups: READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG, PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS.
