The first 2 times everything it was correct, but the third time the order was incomplete, the bigger photo didn't arrive. I've contacted customers service twice and I haven't gotten any answer. Terrible service!!!!!

i like this APP, but i have all my photos on my laptop and it wont allow me to download the app on the laptop, only from my phone. you should make a way so its possible to do it from computers too.

They told me that I have 40 free prints, I've added every single picture and waste my time finally they ask me to pay 6 euro for shipping, I have no problem paying it but do not trick me, you have to mention everything upfront.

I have downloaded the app as stuck in Spain (coronavirus restrictions) and wanted to send some photos to my mum in uk but app only gives me the option to send to a Spanish address. Can't find out how to change to UK???

I really like this app, the quality of photos is really good, buy i used to get 45 photos without paying anything and now i have to pay more for shipping costs✌️😝😀
