I used this app multiple times to print 10x15 photos and never had any issue. This time I decided to print different sizes, order arrived in two parts, which one of them was significantly delayed (and I sense it's been only dispatched after I contacted customer service). Shame there's no proper tracking of order. It's also not possible to check details of the order(meaning sizes of each photo), you can only view the photos or the invoice. I won't be ordering larger photos from Free Prints.

Wow! It's true! I ordered 3 photos with a coupon that gave me free delivery too, so i absolutely paid nothing for these prints. And they're good quality too! Usually, delivery is like less than 2€ for a few prints - i don't know if the price of the prints would be included in the shipping, but with that free delivery it really "paid off"😄

After just receiving my 4th order, I came to say I love this app! Even including the shipping cost, it's extremely cheap, cheaper and of better quality than the instant photo printers (from a very well known photography company) we have in the shops here. Shipping is super fast as well. I just wish there was an in app collage creator to print 2 - 4 photos in one (I sometimes need photos in smaller sizes), polaroid frame and the possibility to create photo strips (like from a booth).

Was sceptical when I ordered my first batch of prints on 20. January, but having received them today 25. January I am extremely impressed with the quality of the prints. Amazing print color, beautiful matte finish, hassle free ordering, excellent delivery time, and the app itself is very easy to navigate and understand. Definitely recommended! Thank you to the team who brought this app into fruition!

I love this app! You really only have to pay shipping (which was always about 4€ for me ) and you get 45 pictures! It's cheaper than at the stores that I went to before to print pictures out and the quality is better! And it always arrived very quickly, I was surprised. I am very happy with this app and I'm glad I tried it😊

Really inexpensive and good quality! Takes maximum one month to deliver. You get 42 pictures to print free of charge per month, the only costs are the delivery ones. I can only recommend!
