Very poor value to use this app 🙄. I thought it would really be useful, bring specific info. It is very limited, only a few sections, and it was easier to find relevant info by going to the reception during our stay at Saint Luce in Martinique. When you think about it, this is ridiculous. What is then the purpose of launching an app, which has cost a lot of money for sure. Has anyone from Pierre & Vacances thought of the business goal? At least the app seems pretty stable and with a sleek UI.

Currently useless. After initial login, it just crashes on opening every time. On both phone and tablet.

Shocking. Crashes all the time. Great company, great holidays. Stayed with them maybe 10 times in 20 years. So why can't they sort out a decent app?

I downloaded the app and even though it says downloaded and installed I cannot find it on the phone The Pierre & Vacances web site is also not user friendly at all so may be it is the same people that did both sites
